    Responsibilities:

    • To provide administrative support to Sales & Admin Department (Northern Region).

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage the day to day operations of strata properties (GC, PB & BMV)
    • To assist Property Manager in overseeing Housekeeping and Maintenance Department.
    • To do PR with residents and attend all Joint Management Community (JMC) and Joint Management Body (JMB) meetings.

    Requirements:

    • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Property Development/ Real Estate Management.
    • At least 3 years of work experience in the related field is required for this position.
    • Sound knowledge of Building And Common Property (Maintenance & Management) Act 2007 and Strata Title Act 1985 would be an added advantage.

    Responsibilities:

    • Attend to all prospects and sources for new potential buyers, close sales and achieve sales target given.
    • Follow up legal documentations of sales process.

    • Assist in the formulation of sales & marketing events in Singapore
    • Implement sales & marketing as well as PR activities
    • Attend to sales inquiries and after sales customer service

    • Minimum Degree with 2 years related working experience in property industry.
    • Possess own transport and willing to travel across the causeway to conduct site viewing.
    • Pleasant personality and enthusiastic with good command of spoken/written English and competent in MS Office.
    • 5.5 working days and willing to work on weekend.
