• At least 10-15 years working experience in properties development/construction industry.

• Minimum 4-5 years working experience in both pre and post contract administration in properties development/construction industry.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the marketing programs, market surveys and preparation of reports.
• To assist sales department in organizing products promotion, exhibitions, product packaging and other marketing activities.
• To implement promotion activities and to coordinate any events held at the strategic location.

Responsibilities:

• Overall responsible for the effective implementation and successful completion of construction projects within the scheduled time, budgeted cost and desired quality.
• Coordination of all construction activities on site including liaison with consultants, authorities, contractors/ sub-contractors, suppliers to ensure smooth implementation of construction projects.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil/Building) or equivalent.
• At least 8 years relevant working experience in construction/ property industry preferably with experience in high-rise buildings and basement construction.
• Knowledge in M&E services in high-rise building would be an added advantage.

Location: Petaling Jaya

Responsibilities:

• Plan and perform compliance, operational, IT and corporate governance audits as well as reviewing management accounts of the various business units within the Group.
• Plan and perform risk assessments, and coordinate enterprise risk management activities.
• Evaluate the overall efficiency, effectiveness and control environment of business units.
• Prepare internal audit reports to the Audit Committee and management, present results of findings and value-added recommendations on good governance, and highlight risk areas and recommend corrective methods to prevent or minimize business risks.

 Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Accounting or relevant professional qualification.
• Preferably a member of The Institute of Internal Auditors Malaysia (IIA Malaysia).
• At least 2 – 3 years work experience in internal/external audit position.
• Preferably with experience and knowledge of Enterprise Risk Management.
• Strong analytical skills, initiative, computer literate and a team player.
• Must be willing to travel within Malaysia and overseas.
