    Responsibilities:

    • Overall responsible for the effective implementation and successful completion of construction projects within the scheduled time, budgeted cost and desired quality.
    • Coordination of all construction activities on site including liaison with consultants, authorities, contractors/ sub-contractors, suppliers to ensure smooth implementation of construction projects.

    Requirements:

    Responsibilities:

    • Plan and perform compliance, operational, IT and corporate governance audits as well as reviewing management accounts of the various business units within the Group.
    • Plan and perform risk assessments, and coordinate enterprise risk management activities.
    • Evaluate the overall efficiency, effectiveness and control environment of business units.
    • Prepare internal audit reports to the Audit Committee and management, present results of findings and value-added recommendations on good governance, and highlight risk areas and recommend corrective methods to prevent or minimize business risks.
